Used in the assembly, testing and packaging of products in electronic manufacturing workshops
The workbench surface is made of 25MM-thick density board clad with 1.07MM-thick SUS304 stainless steel sheet. A baffle plate is fitted on the rear side of the tabletop and fixed by welding and sealant application. The back panel is made of 3MM-thick aluminum alloy plate (compatible with 75MM and 100MM VESA mounting hole patterns for monitor installation). The frame adopts 40*40F aluminum profiles, while 40*20F aluminum profiles are used for the back panel area. The top panel and middle narrow panel are composed of 18MM-thick density board clad with 1.07MM-thick SUS304 stainless steel sheet. The assembly is equipped with a black bakelite wiring mounting plate and hooks. Other details shall comply with the design drawings.
